Leo creates bronzes from his original wood sculptures. The emerging forms translating very well into bronze, with rich patinazation. He also sculpts in clay and wax for some of his figurative pieces to be cast in bronze.


Like so many sculptors before me, we are storytellers of our time. When a work is complete, it leaves us and goes its own way into the world. It is is strong and enduring, it may create stories of its own and have a life unto itself, like a child who grows to adulthood, goes forth from us, and we individually and together bear fruit. ~Leo E.
